Innovative Math Program Boosts Community College Completion Rates

An overwhelming majority of community college students are assigned to remedial math courses to prepare them for college-level math. However, 80 percent of these students never complete a college-level math course and, thus, do not graduate.

Learn how Tacoma Community College students who enrolled in Carnegie Math Pathways’ Statway course conquered math anxiety and completed their degrees three times faster than their non-Statway peers.
